My name is Nevaeh Hale, and I am a professional nail artist based in Towson, Maryland. With over five years of experience in the nail industry, I take pride in providing high-quality services and creating a relaxing, welcoming experience for every client. 💅 PURE IMPRESSIONS Policy To ensure the best experience for all my clients, please take a moment to review my salon policies below. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Cancellations & No-Shows • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within that time, your deposit will be refunded. If not you will be charged 20% of your service. • No-shows will forfeit their deposit. • After two no-shows, you will no longer be able to book future appointments. Late Policy • There is a 10–15 minute grace period. After that, a $10 late fee will be added to your service. Repairs • If a nail breaks, you have 3 days to come in for a free fix. After 3 days, a repair fee will apply. Salon Etiquette • No smoking inside the suite. • You may bring one guest only due to limited space. • Service animals are welcome. • Please keep phone use to a minimum and no speakerphone use. • Be respectful of the salon space and others around you. Refunds • No cash refunds are given once you’ve left the salon, as leaving is considered acceptance of your service. • I reserve the right to issue a refund only if necessary and at my discretion.
